Description
I am selling a Vintage Cast Iron Locomotive Number Plate. Please note item is in Culross.
These plates were used to denote railway wagons or locomotives this one being in 1964. The British Transport Commission was formed in 1948 and dissolved in 1964.
The plate is 303 mm x 150 mm and weighs 1300 g (all measurements are by myself and whilst every effort is taken to be correct are not guaranteed). This item was originally purchased from collectors corner at Euston many years ago.
