I USED TO COLLECT OLD FOOTBALL ITEMS AND HAD THIS AND NEVER COULD MAKE MIND UP WHAT it was so it sat in a box
it very heavy for size, maybe 1K and stuffed. I did think is American football practice ball as too small for Rugby and too heavy. approx 8"
