Fantastic original vintage savings bank from The Commercial Bank of Scotland Limited, dated by patent stamp to June 11th 1921. A wonderful piece of Scottish banking history with a fantastic industrial Art Deco look.
Made from polished metal with individual coin denomination gauges including Sixpence, Threepence, Shilling and Half Crown, plus note slot to base. Numbered example 6787.
A superb decorative piece for a desk, study, man cave, pub, vintage office or collectors display. Displays beautifully with plenty of age-related character and patina.
Condition is good vintage condition for its age with signs of wear, scratches and age marks as shown in photos. Untested and sold as a decorative collectible item.
