Lord Of The Rings Characters and Creatures of Middle Earth Chess Set
Offered for sale is this quality Lord of the Rings themed chess set by Eaglemoss. It was available as a fortnightly magazine and figure issued in the early noughties. It is the second of three complete chess sets that Eaglemoss put out over several years. All of the accompanying magazines are included, which include detailed character profiles and a serialized introduction to the game of chess. It also comes with a folded cardboard chess board.
The pieces are made from lead and are individually hand painted so no two people's chess sets are identical.
 The whole lot is in superb condition having been stored sympathetically ( i,e. at room temperature/ low humidity and in the dark, in a pet and smoke-free home), having been kept in their original boxes from day one.Â
