Imperial 50 Typewriter 1928, Serial no. 77593
Worked fine when last used, about 50 years ago! This is a very early model, earlier even than the model 50 in the Science Museum. Fully restored worth about £1k, can't decide whether to restore or sell as is, so wondering if there is any interest?
Seems complete, used to be my mother's so I know it worked fine when last used. Needs a good clean but no damage, just a bit of paint wear on the edges as you would expect. Still covered in dust, it is better condition than the photos show!
Approx 27H x 43W x 38D cm. Heavy!
