Description
Vintage solid cast iron desk top embossing press/stamp machine with a wooden handle in good working order, currently embosses an address in Henley On Thames Oxfordshire. By the design Shaw & Blake, embosses classic, raised and elegant seals. In original untouched condition, ideal for restoring the original design, faded with age, (the last picture above is of a restored embossing machine with clear design). New address plates/dies/text plates to fit vintage Shaw & Blake embossing/stamp machines can be obtained from the existing company Shaw & Sons. Lovely embossing stamp machine, ideal for an artistic restorer.
