Astonishingly outrageous pair of retro, very kitsch, costume jewellery clip-on earrings

I bought these about 10 years ago for more rom a fabulous bric-a brac market stall and could not resist them. Dims: 4 cm long and 3 cm wide; Wildly, over the top costume jewellery featuring enamelled flowers and butterflies, gold glitter encased in lucite or resin, colourful cut glass and plastic gems all mashed up together to create this unique look.
Each ear clip sparkles fabulously and looks like it is its own little happy fantastical world: the large
lucite base “stone” is surrounded by a variety of colourful decorations and flowers which seem to grow out from the side. Each clip is slightly different and just so stunningly kitsch that they are otherworldly beautiful. Sure to be a talking point whenever they are seen out!
The back is some sort of matt silvery metal/alloy. On one of the ear clips the metal on the back is exposing bits of darker material underneath more than on the other one.
Sad to let them go, but the time is right for a new owner to sparkle and carry a smile on their face.
Could possibly be converted into brooches by someone handy with a soldering iron and some brooch fasteners.
