We're currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a world–leading medical healthcare company based in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected employer where your work truly makes a difference.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be an essential part of the operation, ensuring products are picked, packed, and processed with accuracy and care. Duties include:

Using handheld devices for precise order picking in a clean, ambient warehouse.

Maintaining and organising stock records.

Completing paperwork and updating systems accurately.

Supporting colleagues with urgent requests and contributing to process improvements.

About You

Previous warehouse experience is essential.

Good basic English and Maths skills.

Reliable and punctual, with a strong team ethic.

Own transport is required due to site location and early start times (public transport not available).

Shifts available – 10am – 2pm or 2pm – 6pm
