Description

A Night Team Leader at SuperCare provides stability and leadership during the night. You'll ensure children are safe, staff feel supported, and any night–time challenges – from aggression to distress – are managed calmly.

You'll be the one who keeps things on track when the unexpected happens, giving guidance and reassurance to staff and children alike.

This home is rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted and is looking to maintain that record.

What You'll Do:

At night you'll combine leadership with hands–on care, ensuring consistency across the team.

Lead the night shift, ensuring routines and care plans are followed. Support hygiene routines and respond to children waking unsettled. Model calm responses to aggression or challenging behaviour. Keep records accurate and handovers clear.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a steady leader who can bring structure, reassurance, and calm to the night shift.

3+ years in SEN, residential, or learning disability care. Level 3 Diploma in Children's Care (or equivalent). Confident, calm leader with patience and resilience. Skilled in behaviour support and trauma–informed practice.
