This service has 6 individuals all who have different needs including learning disabilities along with Asperger's, Autism, Epilepsy and Mental Health conditions. This is a service where there are behaviors that challenge, but training is provided, and you will also provide support to all individuals via shared support and on a 1 to 1 basis. The service users have various activities they attend with staff support. These include Snoozelum, Nova Club, in–house arts & crafts and cookery sessions, aromatherapy as well as house trips and holidays.

What You ll Be Doing:

Every day s different, but your role could include:

Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community Providing personal care (with dignity and respect) Making each day meaningful and having fun while you do it!
