Position:Support Worker

Location: Gawcott, Buckingham

Salary: 16,110 per annum

Hours: Part–time (22.5 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Old Barn, a registered care home for four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person–centred support, helping people feel respected, included and empowered to develop independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment.

You will bring experience in care or support, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
