Description

Working as a Support Worker with Care Partnership means helping people live full and meaningful lives.

You support individuals in their own homes and in the community, building confidence, independence, and everyday well-being. Some days are active and social. Others are calm and home-based. You might go to the cinema, walk in the park, visit the beach, or go out for a coffee. At home, you may prepare meals, support daily routines, enjoy hobbies together, or simply offer companionship.

No previous experience is needed. What matters most is patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to support others. We provide full training, ongoing support, and clear opportunities to progress.

Salary starts from GBP28k but has potential for more money based on skills and experience.
