We are looking for Part–Time Support Workers to join Holt Community Hub. Our service offers day service and vital support for individuals with learning disabilities. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!
No experience? No problem! We ll provide full training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
Support individuals with learning disabilities in achieving their personal goalsFacilitate participation in creative sessions and activitiesAssist with developing and maintaining independent living skillsEncourage and promote the development of positive relationshipsWork a flexible rota What We Offer:
