Our shifts are from 7.30am to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday, including long days.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with a range of physical, mental, and behavioural support needs on both levels of this supported living service. Ideally you will have experience with supporting adults with autism and behaviours of concern, but we are here to support you and provide resources to learn.

The people we support are energetic and can participate in lots of community activities such as walking, going to parks, swimming, bowling, visiting cafes, restaurants and shops, so it is essential for you to hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive our cars.

What You'll Be Doing:

Every day's different, but your role could include:

Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independentlyHelping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing moneyEncouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the communityProviding personal care (with dignity and respect)Making each day meaningful - and having fun while you do it!We have a variety of services across Location, from supported living homes to self-contained flats and outreach work. We'll chat with you to find the best fit.
