Location: Bromley

Hours: Full time or Part Time Hours Available (Full time hours would be as a salary part time hours would be paid at an hourly rate)

Salary: 13.50 – 15.50 per hour or an annual salary of 26,500

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our domiciliary care team. In this role, you will provide high–quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing. This is a rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys making a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person–centred care in line with individual care plans.Assist with personal care, medication support, and daily living activities.Promote independence and emotional wellbeing of clients.Maintain accurate records and report any changes in client needs.Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.Person Specification:

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a care role is essential.Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.Driving: Not essential, but having a full UK driving licence is advantageous.Compassionate, reliable, and patient with strong communication skills.Flexible approach to working hours and client needs.Benefits:
