Agency Support Worker Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs (NO SPONSORSHIP) Location: Chesterfield (S44)

Pay Rate: GBP12.71 per hour

Job Type: Agency / Temporary

Shifts: Flexible various shift patterns available

About the Role We are currently recruiting experienced Agency Support Workers to support a well–established healthcare and social care organisation providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and flexible Support Workers who are confident supporting individuals with a range of needs and who are committed to providing high–quality, person–centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for Support Workers looking for flexible agency work, with the opportunity to work a variety of shifts on a weekly basis.

Shift Patterns We are particularly interested in Support Workers who can provide good availability across a range of shift patterns, which may include:

07 0014 0022 0011 0009 0007 00 Please note: Shift patterns and availability will vary depending on service requirements. We are looking for candidates who are able to offer flexibility across different shift times and can commit to regular agency shifts each week.

What We Are Looking For We are seeking Support Workers who have:

Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilitiesExperience supporting individuals with complex needsA caring, patient and person–centred approachThe ability to support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of lifeGood communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work effectively as part of a wider care teamReliability and a strong commitment to attending agreed shiftsFlexibility to work across different shift patternsA willingness to work across different services where requiredA professional attitude towards safeguarding, confidentiality and person–centred care

Training & Compliance Requirements As part of our client's requirements, successful candidates will need to provide evidence of relevant training and qualifications as part of the recruitment and compliance process.

Candidates must be willing to:

Provide certificates/evidence of relevant training already completedComplete any mandatory training identified as outstandingRenew or update training where certificates have expired or are no longer currentComplete additional client–specific training where requiredMaintain compliance with all relevant training requirements throughout their agency work Please note: Having relevant training already completed is advantageous, but candidates should be prepared to undertake any additional or refresher training required by the client.
