Salary: Competitive hourly rate – GBP21–GBP23+ paid breaks (where applicable)

Hours: Full–time and part–time hours available days or nights

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a friendly and well–established 25–bed nursing home in Sutton Coldfield, providing high–quality nursing and person–centred care to residents.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team within a small home environment, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care and maintaining the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective nursing care to residents

Administer and manage medications

Complete and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records

Work closely with carers, families and healthcare professionals

Promote resident dignity, independence and wellbeing

Support and mentor care staff where required

Requirements:

Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)

Previous nursing home experience preferred

Good clinical knowledge and communication skills

A caring, compassionate and professional approach
