The role involves working with students aged 5–19 with severe social communication difficulties and complex learning disabilities, many of whom have autism.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

Devise and implement therapy for individuals and small groupsManage a caseload of students, setting termly targetsConduct assessments for student admissions and annual reviewsSupervise Therapy AssistantsCollaborate with a multi–disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists and other specialistsParticipate in regular supervision and mentoring sessions
