Ribble Recruitment is assisting a North West local authority with the recruitment of experienced, permanent Social Workers across several Children's Social Care teams. These are excellent opportunities to join well-established services with manageable caseloads, strong management support, and a genuine commitment to hybrid working.

Manage safeguarding concerns and children at risk of significant harmReferrals progressed from MASHCompletion of Single Assessments within 35 daysWork includes CIN plans, Child Protection plans, and care proceedingsStrong multi-agency collaborationChildren Looked After & Young People's Teams

Manage cases subject to care orders or care proceedingsClose working with Fostering and Adoption servicesRegular care planning meetingsDevelopment of Personal Education Plans (PEPs)Supporting young people towards independence and transition to adulthoodCandidate RequirementsTo be considered, you must have:
