Champion our Bee Curious curriculum, a unique, child-led approach that sparks imagination and discovery

Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms

Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs

Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team

Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding, with tailored support for children with additional needs

Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre

Required Qualifications: Ideal Candidate

Holds a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education

Brings hands-on experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role such as Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner

Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Creates an inclusive, supportive environment where children and team members thrive
