In this Staff Nurse role you will be joining a brand–new, purpose–built care centre which offers care for a wide range of mental health conditions, making for a unique opportunity to develop your existing nursing skills. You will be part of a highly skilled and compassionate MDT, that has both your personal and professional development at heart.

In this Staff Nurse role you will:Assess and develop person–centred care plansLiaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they requireProvide therapeutic interventions and effectively manage crisesBuild good relationships with residents and their families

We are looking for a Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN and up–to–date knowledge of clinical practices. You should also be a positive role model and have a focus on patient–centred care.
