Senior Health Care Assistant

As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well–being. You will assist with personal care, mobility, medication, and health monitoring, while supervising junior care staff and ensuring high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting. Support mobility, transfers, and physical exercises. Administer medication according to care plans and training. Monitor and record patients health, symptoms, and behaviour. Supervise and support junior HCAs. Contribute to team meetings and improve patient care. Requirements:

Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3 5. Valid DBS or willingness to complete one. Medication Administration Practical Training Certificate. Moving & Handling Practical Training Certificate. Previous senior healthcare or supervisory experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations. What we offer:
