Senior Healthcare Assistant (Medication Trained) – Care homes
Resilience Personnel is recruiting experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants for flexible agency shifts in care homes across the UK, including day and night shifts.
Role responsibilities:
Providing high–quality personal care to residents Administering medication and maintaining accurate records Monitoring residents wellbeing and reporting changes Supporting and reviewing individual care plans Supervising junior staff and assisting with training Carrying out basic clinical duties as required Requirements:
Must have a valid Medication Administration certificate Right to work in the UK Minimum 6 months experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care home Flexible, reliable, and person–centred approach What we offer:
