Location: March – Jubilee Court
Hourly Rate: GBP 13.95
Contract Type: 15 hours per week, plus 15hours (Or more) of Care worker hours

About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join our team. You'll play a key role in mentoring care teams, overseeing service delivery, and supporting individuals with more complex needs.
As a Senior Support Worker at Mears, you will play a key role in delivering high–quality, person–centred support that empowers individuals to live independently and achieve their goals. Leading by example, you will support and mentor team members, promote positive outcomes, ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are met, and build strong relationships with service users, families, and external partners to provide outstanding care and support.
