The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join the dedicated team at our purpose–built Residential Care Home in Fareham. The home provides both permanent residential care and short–term respite care, with a separate specialist dementia unit supporting residents with dignity, happiness, and individuality at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the night care teamDeliver high–quality, person–centred dementia and residential careMonitor residents wellbeing and respond appropriately to changesAdminister medication (training provided if required)Maintain clear, accurate, and up–to–date care recordsPromote a calm, safe, and supportive night–time environment What We re Looking For

Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant within a care homeNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)Medication training (advantageous but not essential)A caring, professional, and team–focused approachA genuine passion for supporting older people to live fulfilling lives What We Offer
