Make a real difference every day. We are seeking committed Children's Residential Support Workers to join our secure residential care team in Sheffield. This is a unique opportunity to support vulnerable young people in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where they can build resilience and make positive life choices.

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide high–quality, child–centred care and assertive, positive parenting. You'll support young people with daily routines, personal development, and emotional wellbeing. You'll also lead keywork sessions, implement care plans, and maintain safety and security in line with safeguarding standards.

We're looking for Children's Residential Support Workers with experience in residential childcare, youth justice, special education, or care of vulnerable adults. You must be resilient, calm under pressure, and able to communicate effectively with young people and professionals. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep–ins, is essential.

You must hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within two years of employment.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary, secure allowance, sleep–in pay, generous overtime, full training, and ongoing development in a supportive team environment.
