You ll work directly with partner agencies, inhouse teams, and friends and family to champion the needs of those on your scheme and be the first point of contact for queries and information. You ll spend your days in our communities making regular visits, organising events, conducting health and safety inspections, fire alarm and emergency lighting checks and reporting defects, faults or general disrepair of our HomePlus schemes in line with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for making sure our HomePlus schemes are vibrant and safe communities for our tenants.
