Role: Support Worker.

Pay Rate: GBP12.21.

This is a busy, high-energy role where no two days are the same. You will help people stay safe, build independence and work towards everyday goals that make a real difference to their lives.

Working pattern : Due to the nature of the service operating 24/7, you will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, which will include a mix of weekdays and weekends.

About Dignus Group Dignus Group is a family-owned organisation founded in 2006. We provide person-centred care for adults aged 18 and over with profound and complex needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and forensic backgrounds.

Through our divisions, Dignus Specialist Care and Dignus Support, we offer residential care and supported living for individuals with autistic spectrum disorders, mental health conditions, physical and sensory disabilities and complex behavioural needs.

Our care pathway supports people to move from restrictive settings to living as independently as possible.
