If you are an experienced Registered Home Manager ready to lead a settled 35 bed residential service, this role offers a salary of £40,000 per annum and the opportunity to build on an already Good CQC rating. You will have the autonomy to shape culture, maintain standards, and lead a dedicated team delivering residential and dementia care to older people.

This is a visible leadership role where your experience will directly influence quality, compliance, and team stability. You will be trusted to run the home well, with the support to maintain standards and drive steady improvement rather than firefighting.

About the Company

You will be joining an established elderly care provider operating a 35 bed residential home supporting older people with residential and dementia needs. The service is rated Good in all areas and has an experienced team in place, providing a solid foundation for strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, compassionate leadership and promote a positive, accountable culture across the home.

• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and ensure consistently high standards of person centred care.

• Oversee occupancy, budgets, audits, and quality assurance to support sustainable performance.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders.

About You

• Registered Manager experience within a residential or dementia care home.

• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and experience maintaining compliance.

• Proven experience leading care teams within a regulated elderly care setting.
