Children's Residential Care Worker
Location: Chilton Polden, Bridgwater
Salary: GBP26,395.20 to GBP27,684.80 + GBP3,000 sleep-in bonus (annual average)
Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
Support young people in their daily routines, including school preparation, activities, and meal times.Create a warm, homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks.Build relationships and provide emotional support during both highs and lows.Participate in fun, meaningful activities like trips to the park, board games, or movies.Complete essential planning and documentation.
