An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join a growing Children's Social Care provider in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and management of the residential service Ensure the delivery of safe, high–quality, and child–centred care Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and organisational standards Lead, motivate, and develop a high–performing staff team Promote positive outcomes for children and young people Drive continuous improvement across quality, performance, and care delivery Build strong relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, families, and professionals Support the growth and development of the service Ensure safeguarding remains at the forefront of all practice Foster a positive culture where both children and colleagues can succeed About You We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

The ideal candidate will be:

An experienced Registered Manager within Children's Residential Care A strong and visible leader with a child–focused approach Passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people Experienced in leading and developing successful care teams Knowledgeable around safeguarding, legislation, and regulatory requirements Committed to continuous improvement and service development Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing organisation Resilient, proactive, and solutions–focused Experience & Knowledge Essential Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Children's Residential Care Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards Proven leadership and people management skills Experience driving positive outcomes for children and young people Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child–centred practices Experience developing teams and improving service performance Desirable Experience supporting service growth and development Track record of successful inspections and quality improvements Experience working within growing or multi–service children's care organisations What We're Looking For This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who wants to join an organisation that values expertise, supports professional development, and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
