Registered Manager

Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex

Salary: GBP38,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Time Recruitment is searching for a Registered Manager for a small unique service in Clacton-on-Sea.

The group is a leading national provider specialising in high-quality care for individuals with neurological conditions. They also support people living with brain injuries, dementia, learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

With 42 care homes and supported living services across the UK, they are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care that empowers every individual.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their Clacton-on-Sea service, home to 14 elderly residents with varying dementia presentations and additional physical health needs. The service is rated Good by the CQC, and we welcome applications from experienced Registered Managers or ambitious Deputy Managers ready to step into registration, provided you have a strong understanding of CQC requirements.

Key Responsibilities for the Registered Manager role:

- Lead on recruitment, retention and development of staff

- Oversee admissions and discharges to ensure smooth transitions

- Work collaboratively with the wider MDT, local authorities and the CQC

- Ensure compliance with CQC and NICE guidelines

- Maintain robust safeguarding and risk management practices

- Drive high-quality, personalised care planning

- Manage occupancy levels effectively

- Make informed budgetary and financial decisions

- Build strong, supportive relationships with families and stakeholders
