Salary: GBP50,000 – GBP55,000 per year

Hours: Flexible

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Loughborough.

About You

You will need:

Level 3/4 qualification in Children's Residential Care or equivalent Working towards a Level 5 qualification Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential home Previous senior, supervisory or management experience Good knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards Strong leadership and communication skills The Role

You will oversee the day–to–day running of the home, including:

Leading and developing the residential care team Ensuring high–quality, individualised care Maintaining safeguarding and regulatory standards Overseeing care plans, documentation and staff supervision Working with social workers, families and other professionals Supporting Ofsted inspections and ongoing compliance What's on Offer
