The Role

As an Agency Registered General Nurse, you'll deliver outstanding, person–centred care across a range of healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation units and community services.

You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, effective nursing care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high–quality nursing care in line with individual care plansAssessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient careAdministering medication and treatments safely and accuratelyMonitoring patients' condition and responding appropriately to changesMaintaining accurate clinical records and documentationSupporting patients and their families with compassion and professionalismWorking collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve the best patient outcomesEnsuring compliance with NMC standards, safeguarding procedures and infection prevention policies

What We're Looking For

Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) – essentialA minimum of 6 months recent UK experience working as an RGNStrong clinical assessment and decision–making skillsA compassionate, reliable and professional approachFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekendsThe ability to travel within Leeds and the surrounding areas using your own transport or public transport
