Neighbourhood Team Social WorkerLondon Borough of Camden are looking to expand their current team with a dedicated Neighbourhood Team Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join a well-structured and organised team. This Neighbourhood Team Social Worker role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.Neighbourhood Team Social Worker responsibilities include:Carrying out initial safeguarding enquiries and s42 enquiries Providing advice to the public, partner agencies and regulated care providers in relation to safeguarding concerns Completing home visits and safeguarding assessments and reports Liaising with other professionals Knowledge of relevant legislation Holding cases Working with people at risk, and people who have caused harm.
