Are you a Quality professional ready to step into a leadership role where you can drive compliance and shape a high–performing QA function? We're supporting a UK pharmaceutical organisation operating across parallel import, licensing and specials manufacturing sectors to hire a QA Supervisor to lead their growing team.

This is a chance to take ownership of QA delivery onsite, supporting the Head of Quality and coaching QA Specialists day–to–day to ensure exceptional operational, regulatory and commercial success.

The Role

As QA Supervisor, you will:

Lead and line–manage the QA Specialists, driving performance, motivation and developmentEnsure the site QMS remains compliant with all regulatory authority requirements and inspection–ready at all timesPrioritise and oversee timely completion of QMS activities such as deviations, change controls, non–conformances and documentation updatesConduct internal training, 1:1s, holiday approvals and absence management for the teamTake a hands–on role with validation protocols – equipment, process and computer systems IQ/OQ/PQ executionSupport internal and external audits including MHRA, customer and supplier inspectionsBuild strong cross–functional relationships to continuously improve standards and stakeholder satisfaction
