Production Operative

Description

The Recruitment Group are looking for a Production Operator to join our Client in Clitheroe. We are looking for a Production Operator who has got manufacturing / press operating experience. If you are interested in the Production Operator role then please read below:

Pay: GBP12.87 increasing to GBP14.80 after 12 weeks

Shifts:

Monday to Friday6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm rotating shifts

Role Summary

To assemble, press and wash components to manufacture valves, cans and components using automated production equipment within the CMF and Valve Assembly department, maintaining a safe working environment and GMP standards.

Role Responsibilities

Adhere to site regulations working safely and complying with all company safe working practices and proceduresComplete all paperwork in real time, accurately and legibly and in line with the company GMP procedures and policyCarry out safety checks and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeepingReport all quality issues to the Production Leader/Group Leader immediatelyEnsure a thorough and effective daily handover to include current setup and running status, using the Tier 1 process.To display behaviors linked to our Client s PRECISE values.Continuous monitoring of machines during productionWorking to specific and detailed written instructionsAdhere to mandatory site policies

Qualifications

Some manufacturing and /press operating experience would be beneficialVA Operator experience in automation / assembly would be advantageous, but not essential
