Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage children in educational activities while also managing daily routines.

Duties

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and engage in age–appropriate activities that promote learning and development, including teaching basic skills. Prepare meals and snacks, catering to dietary requirements and preferences. Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a love for learning. Maintain a clean and organised play area, ensuring toys and materials are safe and suitable for use. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise. Provide transportation for children as needed, including school drop–offs and pick–ups. Support children's social development through playdates and outings. Requirements

Proven experience in childcare or nannying is essential. Strong skills in teaching or tutoring children are highly desirable. Proficiency in English is required. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children and parents alike. A nurturing attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. First Aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is essential.
