Location: Epping, Essex

Position: Full–Time (4 or 5 days per week)

Salary: GBP27,000 GBP30,000 per annum

About the Nursery Newly opened nursery for children aged 0 5

Open year–round (closed at Christmas and on bank holidays)

The Role As Preschool Room Leader, you will:

Lead the preschool room and mentor your team

Create a stimulating, age–appropriate curriculum

Support school readiness and children s wellbeing

Build strong, positive relationships with families

Ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards are met

Work full–time across 4 or 5 days per week (9–hour shifts including lunch, scheduled between 7am and 6pm)

What We re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

Experience leading a room or mentoring colleagues

Strong knowledge of the EYFS and school readiness

A warm, proactive, and collaborative approach

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children s welfare

Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS if not already in place
