Right now, we are looking for a Pool Worker Administrator to play a pivotal role in our Corporate Services in London

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

We're looking for a proactive and detail–oriented administrator to support a range of operational tasks. This role involves processing invoice breakdowns using journaling and Hestia systems, naming and filing key documents, assisting with contract mobilisations, and providing general administrative support related to the relocation of our head office.

Here's what the team will be looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, particularly within finance or operations. They should be confident using systems to process invoice breakdowns, including journalling or similar software. Strong organisational skills are essential for naming and filing documents accurately. The role also requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast–paced environment.
