In this Peripatetic Staff Nurse role, you will:

Deliver high–quality nursing care across multiple services, supporting local nursing and care teams to maintain excellent clinical standards. You will be responsible for medication administration, care planning, clinical assessments, wound care management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will act as a positive role model, providing clinical guidance and supporting best practice while working collaboratively with Home Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and consistency of care.

What our client is looking for in a Peripatetic Staff Nurse:

NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN, or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLDExperience working as a Staff Nurse within a nursing home or elderly care settingSound knowledge of care planning, medication management, and clinical risk assessmentA flexible and adaptable approach with the confidence to work across different services and teamsStrong communication and teamwork skillsDemonstrable career stability with a proven track record of delivering high standards of careFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between services
