The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll be leading from the front, supporting the team, overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice, and ensuring every patient receives the level of service the practice is known for.

You'll have the autonomy to shape how the practice operates, while being supported in developing your leadership skills and confidence along the way.

Your role will involve:

You'll come from an optical background and enjoy working closely with both patients and colleagues.
