A leading specialist services provider is seeking an experienced and values–driven Operations Manager – Specialist Services to support and lead a portfolio of specialist care services. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior operational leader with a strong background in multi–site healthcare or supported living services to make a real impact on quality, compliance, and business performance.

You will play a key role in supporting Registered Home Managers through leadership, mentorship, and robust operational oversight, ensuring services consistently deliver safe, high–quality, person–centred care aligned with the organisation's vision and values.

What we're looking for in an Operations Manager – Specialist Services:

Proven experience in healthcare operations management, ideally with 7–10 years' experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple facilitiesStrong leadership, coaching, and line management skillsBackground in multi–site care home or supported living operations managementExcellent knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, health & safety, and quality governanceStrong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, audits, and service performanceDemonstrable record of improving or maintaining high inspection outcomesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to adapt to evolving healthcare industry trends and regional challengesAble to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and work on own initiativeHold a full UK driving licenceRelevant care or management qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care) desirable
