Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure smooth day–to–day business functions.

Assist in the coordination and management of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Support the implementation of operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency.

Respond to internal and external enquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reporting requirements.

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Support project activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist in the organisation of meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in an operational or administrative support role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem–solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (desirable).

Experience with data management systems and reporting tools (advantageous).

Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
