We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our well–established, CQC–rated Good nursing home in Newcastle. As the Nursing Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day–to–day management and clinical oversight of the home. You will ensure that residents receive safe, effective, and person–centred care while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and company standards. Our home currently has no significant challenges or compliance issues, making this an ideal opportunity for a confident Nursing Home Manager who wants to focus on quality improvement, staff development, and resident wellbeing.

To succeed as our Nursing Home Manager, you will need to be a qualified nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC registration and a proven track record in a senior leadership role within a nursing or complex care environment. You should have a stable work history and the ability to demonstrate effective management of services supporting individuals with complex needs, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, epilepsy, dementia, and neuro–disability.

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will also have strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, infection control, and end–of–life care. You will be a confident communicator, able to motivate your team, engage with families, and ensure that every resident receives compassionate, high–quality care.
