We are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Nurse Case Manager to join a growing international medical assistance team based in North London.

This is a fast–paced role managing a varied caseload, from non–urgent outpatient reviews through to emergency medical evacuations, supporting clients globally.

The Role

Day–to–day medical case managementReviewing medical reports and providing expert clinical opinionContacting international medical professionals for updatesConducting telephonic patient assessmentsLiaising closely with operational teams to coordinate careEscalating and prioritising cases appropriately

Skills/Qualifications

Registered Nurse (NMC)Minimum 3 years' clinical experienceCritical care / ICU / ED background desirableStrong report writing and critical thinking skillsConfident decision–makerAble to manage and prioritise own caseloadClear and professional communication styleAdditional languages (French or German) advantageous
