Working hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days between Monday and Friday, days can be fixed, 9am to 5pm.)Contract dates – asap for at least 3 months (will be reviewed after 3 months and potentially extended)Pay rate: 61/hr PAYE or 72/hr umbrella)

In your role you will:Initiate prescribing of and/or make amendments to prescriptions of opiate and/or alcohol substitute treatments and other related medications.Take a lead role in developing the prescribing clinic, acting as a point of contact for other workers and partner agencies around prescribing issues.

Essential Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent NMC registrationPrevious post registration experience as NMP (in substance misuse)Strong communication and teamwork skills. Please note we do not offer sponsorships
