Nightshift Team Leader Care and Support - Meadowvale Care Home Contract: Full Time

Salary: GBP14.10 Per Hour

Meadowvale Care Home is a modern, purpose-built residence providing exceptional Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care for up to 52 residents. Our dedicated team delivers person-centred care in a supportive, homely environment where residents' wellbeing always comes first.

We are now looking for a compassionate and motivated Nightshift Team Leader to join our caring and committed team. This is a rewarding opportunity to take on a key leadership role, supporting both residents and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the night.

What We Offer

GBP14.10 per hour Contracted to 36 hours per week (nightshift) Pension scheme, Paid PVG, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)Your RoleAs Nightshift Team Leader, you will lead and inspire the night care team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care. You will ensure that residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times and that their physical, emotional and social needs are met.You will take responsibility for delegating tasks, administering medication safely, maintaining accurate records, and responding promptly to any emergencies. By promoting a calm, professional and caring environment, you will help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel safe and supported.

What We Are Looking For

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential Previous experience leading or supervising a care team Confident in administering medication and maintaining accurate documentation Strong leadership and communication skills A compassionate and dedicated approach with a genuine desire to make a difference Experience working with residents living with dementia is desirableAbout UsMeadowvale Care Home is part of Belsize Healthcare, a division of Care Concern Group, one of the UK's leading family-owned care providers with over 100 homes across the country.
