Role Responsibilities Housing support duties – Assist with key housing management tasks to ensure a safe and well run service. Client engagement – Act as the first point of contact for individuals accessing the service, offering guidance and reassurance. Outcome focused support – Deliver high quality support that helps clients progress toward positive life changes. Daily client activities – Use initiative to support clients with day to day needs and personal development. Administrative tasks – Carry out reception and administrative duties to maintain smooth service operations. Motivational support – Encourage clients to build confidence, stability, and independence. Required Skills & Experience Social care or housing experience – Essential for this role. Strong communication skills – Friendly, approachable, and confident with clients. Time management – Ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Organisational skills – Attention to detail and reliability. Night shift availability – 21:00–07:30 on a 4 on, 4 off rota. Relevant qualifications – Social care or housing related experience is a benefit. DBS on the Update Service – Highly beneficial.
