Location: Oxfordshire
Pay: GBP14.35 GBP16.88 per hour

We re looking for caring, reliable and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join Health Now Complex Care and support individuals with complex mental health needs across Oxfordshire.
This is a rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building trust and making a difference to someone s day–to–day life.

Experience within healthcare, social care or complex care would be beneficial.
What we re looking for

Calm when dealing with challenging situations
Reliable and professional
Comfortable working as part of a team
Passionate about providing good–quality, person–centred support
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the locations of some placements.
A valid DBS and relevant training would be advantageous. If you don t currently have a DBS, please still get in touch to discuss the opportunities available.
What you ll be doing
You ll provide day–to–day support, helping individuals with their routines, activities and independence while providing reassurance and emotional support.
You ll also follow individual care plans, support positive behaviour and work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the people we support receive consistent, high–quality care.
